Please don't ask me about the last post. Forever it will be 'tergantung' because I, Helena Azmi has no intention on updating that section. Hihihihhihihihhi.

We (me + SUGABUBS) have come to our final verdict on where we should spend our honeymoon at. I know I still have a long 8 months to plan this but when it comes to vacation and holiday. I cannot. Plus it has been 5 months since I went on a vacation. I neeeeedddd this. So we went for our KURSUS KAHWIN last week (March 18&19). And as fate has decided, of all places I met NOGY (Kak Mas friends) and made friends with ANN. While I was keeping myself awake scribbling my honeymoon plans on the paper NOGY showed me a picture of this place the called PULO CINTA, I immediately fell in love. it was amayzangggggg. Crazy beautiful. I told Sugabubs about the place an just like me, he fell in love. We immediately contacted Pascal to book a room. So Dear 40 year old self, if you ever got the time to travel and you have no idea where to (because you've crossed the globe) maybe you should make time and visit this place again.     OHHEMGII I cant wait !

So today I am a bit emotional because yesterday and the day before me and SUGABUBS was at war.

I was lashing out to him instead of trying to make him understand.

i even asked for some SPACE. and as a normal guy he is, he gave in.

GAWD theres so much that MEN need to learn about WOMEN.

first rule: Never give WOMEN what they want. cause honestly we don't really want it. we just wanna see how you (GUYS) would react to that.

if you refuse to give them space, you are not understanding

if you give them space, you are giving up.

so after a solid 28 hours of war, i finally gave in.

i thought that it wouldn't be fair if he only listens to me.

so we discussed and conclude that i promise to take a ride from any of my guy friends (i know, ridiculous)

so he will promise to get to know my friends, cause really, they are really important to me (awwwww)

Hi  40-year-old self.

 

Right now, I am  having severe headache because of one reason and one reason only → WHERE TO SPEND OUR HONEYMOON.

 

Omergerddddddd. I have no idea that planning or even deciding where we should head for our honeymoon is super damn  hard. I was narrowing down our targeted places to:

 

LOMBOK

BALI

MAURITIUS

MALDIVES

 

because it will be the 4 of us (US and Hani Olly) Sugabubs thought that he wanted to take me to someplace that he can control the situation. In the early discussion we've strike out MAURITIUS AND BALI. anddddd because MALDIVES is super MAHAL. so we decided to go to LOMBOK. (for now)

 

we(me + sugabubs) have made a pact that we would not go for an expensive trip before we go for our UMRAH. so for now. lets kumpul duit towards that.

 

I really hope that now you're in your 40s, you had traveled the world. Where have you been? Please don't stop travelling. If you're married, take your husband with you, if you have kids take your kids with you, if you're sick all the more reason to chill, relax and go for a holiday.

Howdy cow! its been like forever. Haha. I actually forgot the password to this blog so there goes......

Item 1 Still here at the same office. but I just got new JD. I loooove my new JD. They're taking me more seriously. haha

Item 2 The shop is getting better. I never thought that i'll be the jungling with two jobs. but yeah finally getting the hang of it. been doing the balancing for the shop for quite a while now.

The Summary of THE OUTFIT:

The Baju was my mum engagement dress and TTCN wedding dress. (plus minus 50 years old)

The lace shawl was Angah Pye nikah's shawl (25 years old)

That gold bangle was my Nyang's (almost 70 years old)

The dokoh and ankle bangle were courtesy of Ms Satina Haron @ Che Boon (not quite sure when she got it)

Super loving my outfit. I wanted to go Classic Johor and I certainly got it!
